2026 Next Generation Officiating Seminar
The Next Generation Officiating Seminar is a training event held in the host city of the Men’s and Women’s Basketball Final Four tournaments. It provides free instruction and development opportunities for local officials who are in the early stages of their collegiate officiating careers, as well as high school officials who aspire to move up to the college level. The seminar is designed to support growth, improve on-court performance, and help officials build the skills and confidence needed to succeed at higher levels of competition.
